Rethinking social evaluations in a changing world

In a new Journal of Management Studies article, Professor Yuliya Snihur and her co-authors examine how technological advances and shifting sociopolitical dynamics are reshaping the way organizations, entrepreneurs and innovations are evaluated. The paper argues that established theories of social evaluations must evolve to account for the growing influence of AI, digital platforms and changing societal expectations. It offers a research agenda for understanding legitimacy, reputation and stakeholder judgments in an increasingly complex and technology-driven environment. Find it here.

Strengthening corporate venturing for Europe’s deep-tech scaleups

A new IESE report by IESE's Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center explores how policymakers can better foster collaboration between corporations and deep-tech scaleups. The study examines the corporate venturing ecosystem, identifying barriers that limit partnerships and proposing policy measures to accelerate innovation, technology adoption and scaleup growth across Europe. The report offers practical recommendations to strengthen Europe’s competitiveness by creating more effective links between established companies and high-potential entrepreneurial ventures.
