The Library would like to mark this unique Sant Jordi by recommending some food for positive thought.

Unfortunately, on April 23 the streets of Catalonia are not going to be filled with the customary books and roses, due to the covid19 crisis. But the virus is not going to stop us from celebrating our long-held traditions, and the IESE Library has decided that it will celebrate 2020 World Book Day twice this year: on the 23rd of April, virtually, and on the 23rd of July, on campus.

Save the date! We are really looking forward to celebrating Sant Jordi with all you book lovers, in person, at the IESE Library on the July 23.

For our virtual celebration the Library would like to recommend some books that we hope might bring something positive, uplifting and useful to your lives today. Because of our present confinement, we have also tried to focus specifically on electronic books from our e-books collection. We invite you to explore them here.

We would love to hear your own book recommendations as well. Add to our list of positive reads for difficult times. What book would you recommend? Please, share your recommendations using the following hashtag #IESELovesBooks on the 23rd.

Happy Sant Jordi and see you on Campus soon!
